Pineapple Express

Growing Pineapple Express

Pineapple Express is a photoperiod strain, so it keeps growing under long light hours and only starts to flower once you switch to 12 hours of light and 12 of dark, or once outdoor days get shorter. At a medium 3 to 4 foot height, it fits a standard tent without much training. Our cannabis flowering stage week-by-week guide is a useful read once you make that switch.

Expect a medium yield either way, so keep feeding steady through the 7 to 9 week flowering window and give the canopy enough airflow.

Flavour and Effects

The flavour is simple and tropical, without the earthy or diesel notes found in other strains. Effects move from energetic, focused and talkative to giggly and tingly, before settling into sedative and sleepy territory, so growers use it for both daytime and evening.
