Returns and Refunds

All sales are final

Cannabis seeds are a living product. Once they leave us we cannot inspect or restock them, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

What we do instead

• Seeds that do not germinate: covered by the 90% germination guarantee.
• Orders that do not arrive: resent once, free, after 30 days.
• Damaged, wrong or missing items: tell us within 7 days of delivery. We replace them or give store credit.
• Billing errors: contact us. A billing error is not a refund request and is always corrected.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are packed. After that they cannot.
