Hindu Kush

Description

Hindu Kush traces its roots to the landrace plants of the Hindu Kush mountain range, and this regular photoperiod pure indica still carries that classic character. Being a regular seed, it produces both male and female plants, so it’s a good candidate if you want to try your hand at breeding or hunting for a stand-out pheno. A big yield and a wide flavour range make it a rewarding grow for patient beginners and experienced growers alike.

Growing Hindu Kush

With a 6-8 week flowering time, Hindu Kush finishes faster than most photoperiod strains, which suits growers who want a quicker turnaround. Since it’s a regular seed, plan to remove male plants once they show a few weeks into flowering, unless you’re pheno hunting or breeding; our guide to feminized versus regular seeds explains the difference if you’re weighing your options for future grows. Its medium 3-4 ft height and big yield make it equally at home in an indoor tent or an outdoor garden bed.

Flavour and Effects

Expect an earthy, herbal base with notes of lemon, spice, and sweetness, a flavour mix that comes straight from its landrace roots. Most people describe the effects as a strong body high, calming and relaxed, with a sleepy finish.
