Panama Red

Description

Panama Red carries a name that goes back decades, and this pure-sativa autoflower version keeps that classic character while trimming the grow time down to one self-flowering cycle. She runs a little longer than most autos in our catalog, but a big yield and a genuinely fruity, lemon-sour flavour make the wait worthwhile.

Growing Panama Red

Panama Red runs a longer clock than most autoflowers, 10 to 12 weeks from seed to harvest, so budget some patience. She still never needs a light-schedule switch, and her medium 3–4 ft frame works indoors or out. Because pure sativas can stretch late in flower, plan simple support for the big, heavy colas as harvest nears. Our complete autoflower seeds guide is a solid primer if this is a first grow.

Flavour and Effects

The flavour is where Panama Red stands out, fruity and lemon-sour up front with grape and herbal notes underneath, more complex than most autos. People describe the high as an energetic, creative lift that eventually settles into a powerful body high with a sleepy tail end.
